1. Eligibility for Returns:
– We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.
– To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
– Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
– Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error in the customization.
2. Initiate a Return (Within India):
– To initiate a return, please mail us at support@maaheco.com, describing the issue and one of our representative will get in touch with you.
3. Return Process (Within India):
– Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions, including a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
– Pack the item securely, include a copy of the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the package.
– Drop off the package at the nearest DHL shipping station.
4. Inspection and Refund:
– Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
– If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.
– Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
5. Exchanges:
– We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return it as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. International Returns:
– For customers outside India, please contact our customer support team at support@maaheco.com for return instructions and shipping options.
7. Defective or Incorrect Items:
– Since each Maaheco item is unique owing to its handicraft heritage, there might exists minor dissimilarities, however, in the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.
